ASSISTANT(E)S DE DIRECTION
Les missions principales sont les suivantes :
- Gestion de l’agenda, des plannings et des déplacements.
- Filtrage des appels téléphoniques.
- Traitement des informations reçues par email.
- Gestion des notes de frais, factures, abonnements, commandes des fournitures.
-Vous apportez un support aux gérants sur les aspects techniques des marchés pour la gestion.
- la pige quotidienne des magazines de mode
- assistanat du département
Profil recherché :
Bac +2/3 type BTS Assistanat de Direction
- Maîtrise des outils bureautique : Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook…
- Capacité d’adaptation aux nouvelles technologies.
- Anglais opérationnel
- Capacité à comprendre et relayer les informations utiles au bon déroulement des processus mis en place dans la société et dans le groupe.
